Il GPS Tuner fa al caso tuo. L'ho provato per cercare confini catastali in montagna (naturalmente so che la precisione non è adatta).

E' ha pagamento ma puoi scaricarti da sito del produttore, gratuitamente, un software per PC che si chiama "MAP Calibrator" che ti permette di caricare sul telefono mappe derivate da "Google Earth" sia stradali, che satellitari che topografiche (che si calibrano automaticamente) oppure anche mappe catastali (anche se la calibrazione di queste è più elaborata).

Io li ho provati entrambi e poi sono passato al GPSTuner… 

comunque tra i due prova certamente TrackyPro ….. GPS Utility secondo me è malfatto 

Mentre scrivo mi è venuto in mente che la primavera scorsa avevo provato un software molto semplice e che credo faccia al caso tuo (in Italiano e FREE):
